よくあるご質問
漢方薬の使いかたについて知られていないこと、勘違いされていることは多いものです。
漢方薬の効き方をスッキリ理解して、不安や心配なくお使いいただきたいと存じます。

食間の服用をおすすめいたします。
朝、昼、夕食後から2時間後位してから服用してください。
水かお湯でお飲みいただくことをおすすめしています。少量のぬるま湯に溶かしてお飲みいただくと、吸収も良く、香りや味もよく感じられます。

症状の度合いや患っている期間の長さ、体質や生活習慣などで効果の発現は異なります。
はじめは10日分または1ヶ月分からはじめてみてください。1〜2ヶ月間服用して何らかの効果が出なければ、継続をお勧めしないケースがほとんどです。

顆粒・散剤は30日分で7,000〜8,000円（税別）程です。
1日あたりの費用は300円弱となりますから、コーヒー1杯分の費用と考えてお身体のメンテナンスをはじめてみてください。

身体が正常な状態に戻れば、服用しつづける必要がないのも漢方薬の良いところです。
良くなったらやめていただいて結構ですが、ご心配でしたら大事を取ってもうしばらくお飲みください。

複数の漢方薬を同時に服用してしまうと、それぞれの漢方薬に含まれる生薬のバランスが乱れ、適切な効果を発揮することができません。複数の漢方薬を併用されたい場合には必ず1種類ずつ、1時間程度の時間を置いて服用ください。
相反する効果を持つお薬を併用してしまうと、それぞれのよい効果が得られない場合もあります。
お薬の併用については、ぜひご相談ください。
漢方薬と西洋薬はアプローチの異なるものですから、併用いただくことは可能です。ただしお互いの作用が邪魔しあうおそれもありますので、併用に際しては是非ご相談ください。
「漢方薬は副作用がないから安心」と考えるのは適切ではありません。たとえば以下のようなケースがあります。
・食べ物と同様に、アレルギー反応が起こる場合
・身体に合わない漢方薬を選んでしまった場合
