传统生产工艺
汉方精华干燥工艺
设备虽已现代化，但汉方药的制造方法从古至今不曾改变。称量材料、慢慢熬制萃取精华。将其干燥和成型后，方便饮用的汉方药就诞生了。繁琐的步骤也绝不省略，不惜花费功夫。理所当然地继续着理所当然的事，是我们的基本精神。

无论机械化如何进步，生产制造的原点都是人。我们生产的东西是进入身体的东西，作为药物使用，因此任何一道工艺都容不得半点敷衍。参与每一道工艺的每一个人，对产品都满怀自豪感，对工作充满责任精神，因此才有了我们近百年的事业。传承工艺，并分毫不差地继承下去，是件艰难的事情。而我们的制造现场成功地做到了这一点，大家都是专家、都是大师。

我们也是松鹤堂汉方的用户
我们并非大规模的组织，因此大家在彼此了解的环境中，作为一个团队共同制作汉方药。大家都有个共同点，即通过某种形式与松鹤堂的汉方药邂逅，体验过效果从而成为“粉丝”。正因为是好东西，所以大家才发自内心地想要支持它、宣传它。不仅生产如此，包括研究、管理、销售部门在内的所有成员，都在努力传承着松鹤堂汉方。
品质举措
坚持制造不赚钱的药的意义
很多产品都是颗粒状，而建林松鹤堂也在制造过去那种丸剂。长销产品“长命丸”便是其中之一。不使用多余的添加剂，从汉方精华做成丸剂需要1个多月的时间，老实说生产效率并不高。
尽管如此，我们也要坚持制造，因为我们知道有很人热爱着这款产品，有被这副药拯救的人。为了拯救更多的人，我们始终坚守着每一款产品。
